Snarl runs perfectly on all versions of Windows from Windows 2000 right through to Windows 10 and equivalent Windows Server variants. Although some of the newer AddOns require the .net Framework, Snarl itself runs fine without it.
This tutorial introduces you to Snarl and is a great place to start. If you’re planning on adding Snarl support to your application, or you’d like to extend existing functionality within another application, then the Developer Guide is what you’ll need as this explains the Snarl API.
