Service that all employee PCs subscribe to. Can send daily notifications to all users, or specific groups of users. Project teams could use it to communicate updates to their resources, or to notify them that a new presentation has been uploaded. Emergency alerts (e.g. bad weather conditions, localised travel disruption, etc.) could also be broadcast using this system. Employees would not need to (or be expected to) respond to these notifications so SNP running in a non-persistent manner would likely be preferable.
