Left 4 Dead 2 has a number of people who I never want to play with again, and Valve has been unwilling to provide a system to do this. Through the Steam API there is a way to determine what lobby you are in, and who is in it with you. With a bit of work I was able to match these against a predefined list of people who are not fun to play with.
